Welcome.
During our lives, we face many challenges. If you or a loved one is struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, eating problems or any number of other mental health issues, the first step is often to ask for help.
I hope to be able to offer you guidance and compassion as you make your journey to better mental health.
Here are some examples of conditions I treat:
- Anxiety Disorders
- Attention Disorders
- Bipolar Disorders
- Depressive Disorders
- Eating Disorders
- Gender Dysphoria
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Schizophrenia
- Self-Esteem Issues
I focus on an integrative approach to psychiatry.
Research has shown that for many psychological disorders, people see the best results when they combine talk therapy with medication. For this reason, I try to incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches with my clients. Here are some techniques I use in my practice:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Medication Management
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
- Psychodynamic Therapy
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Take a look at my blog page for some articles about how these techniques may help you. Keep in mind this is meant to be for informational purposes only, and I encourage you to see a licensed clinician to assess what might be right for you.
