During our lives, we face many challenges. If you or a loved one is struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, eating problems or any number of other mental health issues, the first step is often to ask for help.

I focus on an integrative approach to psychiatry.

Research has shown that for many psychological disorders, people see the best results when they combine talk therapy with medication. For this reason, I try to incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches with my clients. Here are some techniques I use in my practice:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Medication Management
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
  • Psychodynamic Therapy
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
